The Pennwest Classique / Bayshore 2PC2002-R built by Cavco Emlenton is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,093 square feet on a 40-foot frame. The main floor puts the owner’s bedroom and a bath with a tub at the back, with a bedroom, a hall bath and a laundry closet beside the stairs. The kitchen, dining area and living room fill the front, and the living room opens to a balcony above. A proposed upper floor adds a future room and a balcony open to below, with a kitchen soffit offered as an option. This floor plan is part of Cavco Emlenton’s Signature home line.
