The Pennwest Classique / Bayview 2PC2004-R built by Cavco Emlenton is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,312 square feet on a 48-foot frame. The main floor puts the owner’s bedroom and a tub bath at the back right, with a further bedroom and hall bath on the left and a utility room beside the kitchen. The living and dining room spans the front and opens to a balcony above, and a proposed upper floor adds a future room, a bath and storage. A walk-in tile shower, a glamour bath and a kitchen with a soffit are drawn as options. This floor plan is part of Cavco Emlenton’s Signature home line.
