The Pennwest Limited / Reserved Limited 1.1 2P2901-X built by Cavco Emlenton is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom multi-section home with 1,722 square feet on a 56-foot frame. It’s the smallest of the wider, 31-foot ‘1.x’ Limited models, coming in below the 1.2’s 1,846 square feet and well below the 1.3’s 2,087 square feet on the shortest frame of the three. It still carries the extra width that sets the 1.x models apart from the narrower 27-foot 2.x line. It’s the entry point for buyers who want the wider Limited footprint without the larger models’ added length.
